Olive oil spread
It’s just olive oil that I put in the freezer for a day, then in the fridge for a day. I’ve been using it on toast instead of margarine or butter. It has a very obvious olive oil taste, but that’s not a bad thing.
Speaking of food, I’ve been quite frustrated with the whole concept lately. I wish I could just take a pill and be done with it – to not have to worry about eating or cooking at all.
I should try to eat less fat because of the gall bladder, I should stick to soft food because of my molar. A is a fussy eater and Willow is worse.
Last night A and I left the children with a friend and went out for a date! We saw Get Him to the Greek and had a late dinner at an Indian restaurant called Chefs of Tandoori. The pillowy Cheese Naan was amazing, and the Gulab Jaman was delicious.
