Pain!
I’m glad I know better now, because if I didn’t, then I would have thought I was having a heart attack. This kind of pain has occured before, the tightness, the inability to breathe…
Today was pretty bad, but it soon subsided to a dull ache in the pit of my stomach. My surgeon said that if it got really bad, I should go to hospital for a shot of morphine, but it didn’t get to that stage. I was, however, tempted to ring his rooms and see if surgery could be brought forward. I still have to fillout the pre-admission paper work and call the anesthetist to see how much they will charge.
