Willow’s birthday cake
A scarf I’m working on.
I know it looks strange, but I’ll post the photos when I’ve finished!
It is a melange of fabric and ribbons sewn to some water soluble stabiliser. The idea is to sew back and forth, up and down, then put the scarf in water and the backing will dissolve. It will be interesting to see how it turns out!

And an apron as modelled by Willow, they made up a birthday present for a friend of Willow’s.
For yesterdays birthday party I made an apron, a calico bag with the birthday girls initial on the front and added a children’s cookbook for a present. I only took one photo of the bag.
