Princess Mononoke

The other day when we went to Coles, A spotted Ponyo and grabbed it. Willow loved Ponyo, even the storyboard version. We are currently watching Princess Mononoke because it is just too hot to do anything else. It’s a bit more violent than I remembered, but Willow’s not watching it 100%.

This morning we met my friend for coffee (well, it was hot so I had orange juice) so that I could give her car seat back. Willow was a bit confused about what we were doing, remarking that her friend’s seat was just like her old one. Yes sweetheart, because it is your seat!

We ended up putting Howl’s Moving Castle on – Willow enjoyed it much more. Without sounding like a snob, I like that my children are exposed to more than just mainstream media.
