Best of 2009 #14

December 14 Rush. When did you get your best rush of the year?



Well, there was that time around my birthday when I took a trip on some magic mushrooms… I saw pink elephants and everything… ONLY JOKING!

A couple of times when talking to clients I’ve realised that their perception of reality and mine are totally different. Not in a good way either. Another time when I was driving a client to an appointment and as she was talking, alarm bells were going off. We have to continually assess the risk that our clients pose – she was like a volcano about to erupt. Thankfully I was able to talk her down, but the adrenalin was coursing through my veins!
