Twice baked potato

Posted October 25th, 2009 by candi

Tonight I am making twice baked potato, using this recipe from Pioneer Woman, Ree Drummond. I used a lot less seasoning, didn’t add the butter and added a tin of corn kernels. While I was waiting for the potatoes to bake for the first time, I started on a recipe for chocolate truffles. I’d fried some bacon and was waiting for it to cool down. As the chocolate melted, I diced the bacon. Willow, watching me, asked if I was going to add the bacon to the chocolate!

Which reminded me of a blog called This is why you’re fat. No doubt chocolate covered bacon is featured in there somewhere!
