Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson passed away on the 25th of June 2009. He was 50, born in the same year as my mother. I don’t believe in an afterlife, but if there is such a thing, surely he will find more peace there than he did here.

I was a moderate fan when I was younger, before I became obsessed with U2. All the tributes to him reminded me that some of his songs were quite good. My favourite would have to be Smooth Criminal.
