raising willow… and dexter!

I’m in bed, with Willow cuddled up next to me, a cat on the other side and a dog at my feet.

This morning I went to work until 1pm, then skipped my uni lecture to go and see my Nanna and Poppa at hospital. I still had to go to uni for the tutorial, as we had a test that counted towards our grade, so I had to zoom back across town to make it in time. I was quite worried about how they’d gone over night, but they both coped. I know they have slept in separate beds lately, but not different buildings!

Tomorrow I have training in the city which finishes at 4pm, so I will be able to go and see them again for an hour until I have to pick up Dexie. I was considering picking him up first, but a tired 18month old is not a lot of fun in a hospital.

Tonight I got home at 5:45pm after picking up Dexie from FDC, so I asked A to go up to the shop and get takeaway for dinner. I ordered a chicken burger with the lot, which included a pineapple ring!
