Fringe dwellers!

Posted March 8th, 2009 by candi

A friend and I took our children (her one and my two) to the Fringe Family Weekend yesterday. It was amazing. There were so many things happening, from women dressed up as flamingos on stilts, to a clown lifesaver, to buskers to comedians.

Some photos.

Willow with her face painted as a butterfly. We lined up for ages to get this done.

You can see in the middle of this photo, a gyrocopter kind of contraption, it was spewing out masses of bubbles. Willow loved it.

Dexie grooving to story time.

Willow is such a brave girl, she loved going on the bungee jump.

She even did a couple of somersaults!

One of the best things there, which I didn’t take a photo of (and apologies for the poor quality of the photos above, I took them with my phone) and that was a massive sand pit. The kids loved it and my friend and I got to chill out and watch them.
