why was I awake?
You may or may not be wondering what I was doing in bed in the middle of the day.
Last night was a write off because I was up all night writing an essay for uni. Dex went to sleep at 7pm, woke up at 11pm, wouldn’t go back to sleep until I took him back down the bedroom at 1230. He settled in 5 minutes for A. He woke up again at 330am and wouldn’t go back to sleep until about 430am.
Bearing in mind that all this time I have textbooks all over the place and I’m trying to adjust to a new laptop, Willow decided to wake up as well, and she didn’t go to sleep until 1am. When he finally did go back to sleep he was on my arm and I just can’t type one handed!
So once I’d submitted the assignment, I got the children ready for childcare, came home and went to bed. A woke me up at 1:30pm and now I’m just waiting for Willow to go to sleep so that I can go to bed.
