Too lazy to go to the shops!
When I’d picked both the children up from two different places, I couldn’t be bothered either driving an extra five minutes to go to the big shops or going home and walking two minutes up to the shops for bread. I didn’t have any bread mix either, so I decided to make mini-impossible pies (with corn, baby spinach, tuna and red onion) for Willow’s and my lunch tomorrow. While they were cooking I put some pumpkin and red lentils on to cook for Dexter’s lunches for the next week or so.
I wish I could be so enthusiastic about the rest of the housework!
