Showering alone

I probably get a shower alone once every 3 weeks or so. The other 20 mornings I am sharing the shower with Willow and as many bath toys as she can cram in. Tonight I had a shower by myself, with the bathroom light turned off and the light from the rest of the house was enough to tell the difference between the shampoo and the conditioner.

It was bliss, but I think that I probably stayed in a bit longer than the recommended 4 minutes.

    Oh yeah. Been there. Those solitary showers seem to take far longer than they’re meant to, but they sure do feel good, don’t they?

    Why do I feel cleaner after one of those showers than I do when I share one with the boys? I still do all of the cleaning stuff (wow..that was eloquent), but it’s just not the same.
