Easter weekend

Last weekend, A, the children and I caught up with some lovely friends at the Helicopter Park in North Adelaide. It was a beautiful day, not too hot and not too cold.

The children had and egg hunt which they loved, and an egg and spoon race. I probably should have explained the rules a bit better, Willow just ran with the egg in one hand and the spoon in the other. It was all still very cute though.

A’s parents are overseas at the moment, so it was great to catch up with the family we choose – our friends.

    Those photos of Willow are simply beautiful. I love the one of her up high. Did you get any of her in the egg and spoon race? I don’t think she was doing it wrong. I think she just knew there was a far more efficient way! That’s ingenuity at it’s best. ;)
