Easter weekend

Posted March 28th, 2008 by candi

Last weekend, A, the children and I caught up with some lovely friends at the Helicopter Park in North Adelaide. It was a beautiful day, not too hot and not too cold. The children had and egg hunt which they loved, and an egg and spoon race. I probably should have explained the rules a [...]

Rough stats at roughly 5 months old

Posted March 7th, 2008 by candi

And by rough, I mean that I jumped on the scale alone, then jumped on them with him in my arms and subtracted the weight. I measured him at a friends house using the sticky tape method, that is, putting him on the floor, and putting a piece of sticky tape at his head and [...]

Sleep deprivation strikes again!

Posted March 5th, 2008 by candi

Standing at the self serve computer at the Uni library, wondering why the books wouldn’t scan. Asked a staff member for help. He pointed out that I was scanning the book bar code, not the library bar code. *blush*
