Basically because I have a crap memory.

I often hear criticism that some blogs just record the mundane everyday details of a person’s life. I think that my blog tends to do this to a certain extent, but I don’t think it is a bad thing. All of those little details make up the entirety of a person’s life.

I blog because I want to remember what this period of my life was like, sleepless nights and all.

I have blogged on and off since I got online, in 1996, so that is – whoa – 12 years!   I met A through his now defunct blog.  Blogging/journalling was the first thing I did online, before I got into IRC, chatrooms and forums.
