More mundane details!
I have been trying to walk more places to get fitter. Pushing the pram is a great workout, especially if Willow is in it. That’s 15kg of toddler plus 8kg of baby, plus the weight of the pram. This morning I walked to her FDC which took 25 minutes, then onto the post office and shops which took another 15 minutes. I walked home along the Linear Park which is beautiful, and got home 2 hours after I left.
The problem with walking so much is that it makes one hungry. The slices of sponge roll I ate probably cancelled out much of the benefit of such a long walk!
