Bliss

We had a new mattress delivered yesterday and Dexter slept for 5 hours straight from 12-5am. I feel like a new woman! The only problem is that it is at least 20cm thicker than our old mattress, so we have had to raise the cot mattress by that much. I think we have half the linen cupboard under there, plus the slab of foam that was originally under there. I also had to buy a new sheet set since the old ones wouldn’t have fit. I bought a set with 40cm walls, 100% cotton of course! Our bed looks very lush now!

We did baby yoga today which he enjoyed more than last time. This course only runs for 4 weeks and I’d like to keep doing it. I know that The Kensington School of Yoga offers baby yoga classes, but on a Monday which doesn’t suit us. We have baby exercise tomorrow, hopefully he’ll sleep through it like he did last week. It’s much easier to take notice of what the instructor is saying when I’m not holding him!

Have to share this photo of him – a rare one without Willow in it and I caught him smiling.

I went to Lincraft today and bought the materials to make Christmas cards. Every year I plan to do this, but rarely get around to it. I’m determined to do it this year. On that note, I’ll press publish and start addressing the envelopes.
